Purpose and legal basis of data processing

We store your data only for the fulfilment of your requests, the fulfilment and processing of contracts (including payment processing and, if applicable, credit assessment) and our own advertising purposes. The processing is carried out on the basis of the current data protection laws.
If you have an enquiry, are getting is to prepare an offer or are concluding a contract with us, we will process your personal data. Depending on the type of contract, this will include your surname(s), first name, address, email address, telephone number/fax number, birth date/place, bank data and VAT ID, if applicable. Use of cookies

We use cookies on our website to make using our web pages easier for you. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive for the duration of your visit to our website and are deleted again when you are finished using the browser, depending on the setting of your browser program. Use of our contact form/applicant form

Google Analytics

Sessions, interactions and data can be assigned to a pseudonymous user ID across multiple devices and thus the activities of a user can be analyzed across devices. Furthermore, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. They are only used for statistical analyses of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
You must unsubscribe from the newsletter if you do not want MailChimp to be able to analyze your behavior. For this purpose, we also send the corresponding link in every newsletter message. You can also cancel the newsletter directly on the website.

For a uniform representation of fonts we use web fonts on our website. These are provided by Google. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required Web fonts into your browser cache so that texts and fonts are displayed correctly.
